Tianjin Road Community is located on the south bank of Jialing River in Chaoyang Street, Beibei District, and is the core area of the old city. The community has a rich historical heritage and is the main battlefield for Lu Zuofu's rural construction experiment; The distinctive spatial pattern continues the historical pattern of "open neighborhoods with three horizontal, five vertical and four alleys" and the landscape feature of "century old wutong Avenue". The community covers an area of approximately 8.7 hectares, and this plan takes Chaoyang Street as the research scope, taking into account the requirements for the configuration of community public service facilities. In terms of population structure, there are 3465 permanent residents with registered residence registration in the community, with an aging rate of 29%, which is relatively high.

Based on the history of the community, the planning proposes the goal of "reproducing the temperament of the birthplace of Beibei's mother city and revitalizing the spirit of urban modernization", and constructing a community IP of "Mother City Traceability · Fireworks Market Street", aiming to build the community into an "open, inclusive and shared cultural roaming area, a livable, nurturing and tourist friendly modern living area".

The planning follows the modern community framework, with the focus on meeting people's aspirations for a better life. It focuses on three major goals: humanization, ecologicalization, and digitization. Based on the characteristics and problems of the community, as well as the community vision, the planning proposes four construction strategies and a "1+3+6 scenario system".

Plan and integrate ten scenarios to form an overall scenario map, a project implementation table containing 68 projects, and project implementation plans for "one-year demonstration first", "three-year replication promotion", and "five-year overall improvement". Propose operational and investment model suggestions to assist in community planning implementation and sustainable operation.
