Nanping commercial district is one of the five traditional commercial districts in the central urban area of Chongqing, which has shown signs of decline after years of development. Nanping Central Plaza is located in the core area of Nanping commercial district, which is not only the connecting point of the development axis of the two rivers and four banks, but also the carrier of Chongqing people's old memories. Monument to the people's Liberation inherits the spirit of the city, Guanyin Bridge represents the trend and fashion, Yangjiaping is endowed with industrial creativity, and Shapingba welcomes the TOD PLUS...... Nanping Business District urgently needs a more differentiated, complex, and international look to revitalize and move towards the future.

We propose to create a super IP that dominates the entire domain – ten colorful scenic spot · wonderful Nanping; Focus on two main lines - improving business formats and enhancing customer base; Plan three maps - a shape highlight map, a traffic flow point map, and a time hotspot map.

In terms of overall planning structure, the construction of Nanping Wuguang will be comprehensively updated, including the Central Nanping Light, Northern Happy Time, Western Education Time, Eastern Smart Enjoyment Time, and Southern Cool Play Time. Among them, Southern Cool Play Time is the key design scope of this project, creating a connected, diverse, and exciting experiential consumption space with ten scenic spots in Nanping.
