Lijia Street is located on the Lijia Peninsula of the Jialing River, directly under the jurisdiction of the Liangjiang New Area. It is adjacent to the Jialing River to the north and is about 13km away from the mother city. The project is located in Lijia Street, creating three rural to non-agricultural communities, including Baima Community, Jiahe Community, and Jiaxing Community.
The project aims to address the current issues of "parking space, basic facilities, leisure areas, spatial quality, and upgrading" in five aspects. The core concept is "small space, micro renewal, and big life", and the working mechanism is community governance. The "micro research" is used for in-depth investigation, the "micro planning" strategy is coordinated, and the "three-step approach" is used to activate the "micro renewal" node. The construction of community public space is deeply integrated with the daily life of the people.
