In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directive of "protecting the Dazu Stone Carvings well", and in accordance with Secretary Min'er's efforts to protect, study and utilize the Dazu Stone Carvings well, so that cultural treasures with a thousand years of history can live in the present and serve the contemporary era, and more tourists can leave their "feet" in Dazu. At the same time, in order to achieve the positioning goal of leading Dazu to become a world-renowned cultural reception hall and a "two high" bridgehead connecting Chengdu and Chongqing, the Chongqing Planning Affairs Center, the Dazu District People's Government of Chongqing, and the Dazu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Chongqing have organized and launched the "Chongqing Dazu Stone Carvings Cultural Park New City Urban Design International Scheme Collection".
