Z.GROUP Wins Bid for Gaoxin District TOD Station Area Land Use Planning Study

Recently, our company won the bid for the "Land Use Planning Study for Surrounding Areas of TOD Stations (Phase 4 Lines) in the High-Tech Zone" project, located in Chongqing High-Tech Zone. According to the "Special Plan for TOD Comprehensive Development of Urban Rail Transit in the Metropolitan Core Area," the study covers group-level, street-level, and community-level stations on Phase 4 lines, totaling 14 stations. The primary focus area is land within a 600-meter radius and a 10-minute walk, covering a total area of 1913.34 hectares. Within this, defined boundary areas account for 1726.69 hectares, and areas with pending boundaries total 186.65 hectares.

The specific content includes: using the technical framework of research background, scope, basis, issues, and solutions; integrating the "Gaoxin District Territorial Space Sub-district Plan" and "Gaoxin District Regulatory Plan Revision and New Formulation"; referencing the Chongqing Planning and Natural Resources Bureau's in-preparation "Central Urban Area Intensity, Height, and Density Zoning Plan"; making rational judgments on overall development positioning, land use function planning, transportation accessibility, and design control within the study area; analyzing, refining, optimizing, and finalizing core indicator systems including height, density, intensity, and function; and ultimately forming integrated land conditions and staged development proposals.
