Z.GROUP Wins Bid for Taojia Central Area Urban Design Study

Recently, our company won the bid for the "Urban Design Study for the Taojia Central Area for Jiulongpo District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau." The project is located in Chongqing's western valley, centered on Taojia Central Area, one of the three group centers within the Science City. The design scope covers approximately 8.6 sq km. The project actively supports the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and the Western Science City. It analyzes relevant policy documents concerning Taojia Central Area and their requirements. The study examines the functional positioning and development needs of Taojia Central Area at macro, meso, and micro levels to propose the area's overall development goals and vision. Through a comprehensive analysis of Taojia's locational advantages, transportation resources, and existing conditions, combined with its current characteristics, the study conducts targeted design research on land use positioning, business format planning, land layout, transportation organization, and spatial form within the study area.
