Z.GROUP Wins Bid for Nan'an District Nanfu Road Spatial Form Study

Recently, our company partnered with General Research Institute of Architecture & Planning Design Co., Ltd, Chongqing University to win the bid for the "Spatial Form Study and Control Guidelines for the Nanfu Road Corridor in Nan'an District, Chongqing." The project covers an approximately 8.6 km stretch of Nanfu Road, from the Nanshan Tunnel exit in the west to the Yinglong Interchange of the Ring Expressway in the east, with a total land area of approximately 13.1 sq km. The focus is on formulating urban design strategies and measures for the overall urban form, ecological fabric, traffic organization, public space, and building character within the road corridor and its surrounding buffer. It also involves compiling urban design guidelines for individual plots, serving as important references for plan adjustments and development control.
