Z.GROUP Wins Bid for Xipeng Industrial Park Expansion Concept Plan

Recently, our company won the bid for the "Concept Plan for the Expansion Area of Xipeng Industrial Park." The project is located within the Xipeng Industrial Park in Jiulongpo District. The evaluation scope covers the officially approved park area of 65 sq km, with a near-term developable area of 30 sq km. The plan conducts a detailed survey of Xipeng Park's actual development and construction through a planning implementation assessment tailored to Xipeng's characteristics. It scientifically evaluates problems and contradictions arising during the park's construction and implementation process. The plan offers rational development recommendations regarding industry, transportation, and supporting facilities, actively aligns with Chongqing's new round of master plan revision, optimizes Xipeng Park's development path, and promotes higher-quality park development.
