Z.GROUP Consortium Wins Bid for Western Logistics Park Ah Subdivision Urban Design

Recently, our company partnered with Chongqing Bojian Architecture Planning Design Co., Ltd. to win the bid for the "Detailed Urban Design for Key Plots in Ah Subdivision of Chongqing Western Modern Logistics Park." The project is located in the southern part of the Shapingba Western Logistics Park, north of the Second Ring Road (Erhengxian), south of the Chongqing-Suining Expressway (Yusui Highway), east of the First Ring Road (Yizongxian), and west of Liangtan River. The urban design study covers 3.5 sq km. The detailed design area is 53.65 hectares, with a total above-ground building area of 507,100 sqm.
