Z.GROUP Consortium Wins Bid for Jiangjin High-speed Rail Area Urban Design

Recently, our company partnered with Chongqing Hemei Architecture Planning Design Co., Ltd. to win the bid for the "Detailed Urban Design for the High-speed Railway Area in Jiangjin Binjiang New City." Located in the northern part of Binjiang New City, Jiangjin District, the area is positioned as Jiangjin's future administrative, cultural, financial, and comprehensive business center. It is the main zone for Jiangjin's development strategy of "dual banks along one river" and building a "dual-hundred" modern city (pop. & area), and the core urban area for implementing the "one core, two sub-centers, cluster development" approach within Jiangjin's central city. The planning area totals approximately 216.39 hectares, with a planned above-ground building area of about 1,293,300 sqm.
