Recently, our company partnered with Chongqing Bojian Architecture Planning Design Co., Ltd. to win the bid for the "Detailed Urban Design for the Commercial and Business Plots of Chongqing Shapingba Fulicheng." Located in the core area of Shapingba University Town, surrounded by numerous universities and communities, adjacent to a busy light rail line, large-scale urban parks, and natural green spaces and rivers, the area is envisioned as a future urban hub for innovation, quality living, and recreation. The total planned land area is 90.2 hectares, with a planned above-ground building area of approximately 2,469,000 sqm.
