The project site is located in the Hub Port Industrial Park, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing，adjacent to Huangqian Port Phase one.

The concept design is rooted in the idea of "Tempering Huangqian · Jiulong Anticipating". To reflect the cultural origins of Huangqian Port, it draws inspiration from the character "Qian" in its name: "Qian" (The Ancient Ferry's Red) generally denotes "angular stones" and can also refer to a "stone-paved ferry crossing" or road. Shaped like a central "ferry terminal," the design concept resembles a stable and massive red stone, symbolizing the retention of original color and angularity despite river erosion. This embodies both the "resilient posture" of angularity and the "enduring spirit of self-improvement that grows with time".

The future project will serve as a platform to showcase the integration of urban-rural landscapes and industrial development in Jiulongpo District, a window to display the construction achievements of the Hub Port Industrial Park pilot zone, and a recognizable urban landmark that reflects the area's contemporary development trends.
