The project located in the front core area of Chongqing East Railway Station, serves as the primary showcase for the district's image.The project explores Chongqing's unique qualities and integrates considerations of the station - city relationship. Inspired by the idea of "Crosswise and Lengthwise Superimposed City", it aims to highlight Chongqing's distinctiveness and international influence.

The design constructs an east-west ecological gateway axis, linking hills, the East Station, the site, and Kuzhu Creek. This axis integrates Chongqing's unique mountainous vertical habitats with the gateway corridor.

The design introduces the concept of "East Station Floating Island," featuring an elevated shared layer. This open, roaming island cluster creates spaces for boundless exchange and inspiration. The Floating Island concept defines upper and lower urban realms: the lower area features a 3D street network, offering a mountain city rambling experience and achieving seamless integration between the T-stage and urban spaces.
