The Phase VIII Innovation Space, the final phase of the Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone, is in the northeast corner of the park, adjacent to Phases VI, VII and IX. It enjoys a well - developed road network and is surrounded by lakes and mountains. With a view of the Yu Lin River to the west and the Ming Yue Mountain to the east, it offers superior landscape views. The total design area is about 20.71 hectares, with a floor area ratio of 178,000 square meters.

Based on the site analysis, we propose a super IP, "Borderless Green Valley · Ark of Innovation", to achieve the goal of "seamless integration of ecology, development, and human - centered values, perfectly completing the last piece of the innovation puzzle by Mingyue Lake".
