The site is located in Xipeng Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. To the east is planned sports land, to the north a planned business district, to the west residential and industrial zones, and to the south planned park land and residential areas. The total site area is about 13.1 hectares.

The campus space is arranged in a fishbone double - axis pattern to stress order. Buildings are symmetrically laid out from two entries to form a strong central axis. Walkways above the second floor create interconnected interaction spaces, offering students social, break - time activity, and creative teaching areas, and forming an integrated urban landmark with public buildings.
