The design scope is on the southwest side of the West Island head mountain of Guangyang Island, covering about 5.28 hectares, with a permitted building area of 18,000 square meters. The plan decodes the historical archetype, ecological memory, and site characteristics of the academy. Via six planning strategies, ten signature scenes, and four signature operation sectors, it aims to make the Yangtze River Culture Academy a carrier of the Yangtze's spirit and culture, as well as a landmark with international, intelligent, green, and people - oriented features.
