The design is for a comprehensive community management and service center for Shijingpo Subdistrict, located in the former dangerous - housing renovation area of the Special Steel Family Zone. It is near a major urban road with convenient traffic, and adjacent to a rail transit line under construction on the east side, which will connect Sha District and University Town. The building will house various facilities like a subdistrict community service center, a management and activities center, a community cultural center, and a judicial service center. It serves community residents, retirees, and administrative staff. As a modern office building, it focuses on sharing, green concepts, and accessibility. It uses the natural slope of the site to create green, open spaces at different heights, promoting interaction among people.
