The site integrates three key functions: citizen services, construction display, and administrative center. It leads and echoes the commercial, business, and residential cores of the KONGgang area to form the urban center.The three functions - citizen services, construction display, and administrative center-are both independent and interconnected. They are linked by a central plaza and vitality park.
