The site, characterized by its elongated shape and a 13m north-south elevation gradient, is designed with sustainability at its core. By capitalizing on the natural topography to minimize earthworks and accentuating the "universal ground plane" concept, the scheme seeks to maximize commercial value while elevating the urban landscape. The design seamlessly integrates with the urban park to create a vibrant commercial frontage, incorporating multi-level circulation networks to connect pedestrian flows from diverse directions.
