As an important area in Chongqing, Jiulongpo District has made remarkable development achievements. In recent years, due to a variety of reasons, it has been facing challenges such as industrial development loss of speed, urban construction loss of focus, loss of warmth in the living environment, and loss of talent gathering. For this reason, Jiulongpo District puts forward the development strategy of “Integration of Eastern and Western Regions and Total Modernization Initiative” to promote the high-quality development of the region and create a new situation of beautiful Jiulongpo.

With the theme of “Jiulong Tulve”, we put forward the overall structure of “Three Diagrams and Nine Strategies”, through three major functional positions - ”A strategic pivotal place for the construction of the country's inland strategic hinterland”、” Pioneering metropolitan area with the most civic vitality in the Chengdu-Chongqing area “、 ” A Modern Urban and Rural View of Chongqing's Mega-City Governance “, to build a ”strategic double-ten “, ”endogenous heavy chain“ ”urban-rural symbiosis" three spatial veins. The highlight of the program is to break the traditional planning mode, optimize the spatial structure from the perspective of national strategic corridor and urban spatial corridor, locate 8 pieces of 12 core functional subdivisions, and at the same time, integrate the projects, reforms, policies, platforms, and funds, and formulate the near-term action plan, which will provide an innovative practice path for the construction of Jiulongpo District.
