Cuiyun Duogongcheng Ecological Heritage Park Operation Planning and Concept Planning is an important initiative to build a city of “100 gardens” and highlight the style of the mountain city in the “The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area ”.
Cuiyun Duogongcheng Area is located in the core of Liangjiang New District, which is an important node connecting Liyue-Central Park Block and Yuanbo Yuan-Central Park Green Ecological Group, and can form a differentiated linkage development system with the surrounding cultural and sports facilities. The total area of the planning area is about 51 hectares. It includes 24.57 hectares of urban ecological green space (E2) in the north, 19.63 hectares of parkland (G1), 1.51 hectares of sports land (A4), 2.94 hectares of cultural land (A2), 1.86 hectares of land for cultural relics and monuments (A7), and 0.8 hectares of land for social parking lot (S42) in the south.
The plan adopts a combination of local + smart planning approach, emphasizing on solid foundation, protecting and utilizing the advantages of the background resources. Functional zoning is refined, development and construction are precisely located, and construction indicators are refined, ultimately realizing the goal of “low investment, sustainability, differentiation, and strong competition”. Meanwhile, on the basis of matching the operation strategy, we put forward four major strategies of planning: firstly, intensive land use and cost control; secondly, zoning planning and theme linking; thirdly, centralized projects and complementary operation; fourthly, creating key points and scenario demonstration.
The project is designed by our company in cooperation with General Research Institute of Architecture & Planning Design Co., Ltd, Chongqing University and DTZ Real Estate Consulting (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.
