The project site belongs to Taojia city center area, which is one of the three cluster centers of Chongqing Western Science City, with superior traffic geographic location and urban development location. At the same time, the site is located in the city center of West City of Jiulongpo District, assuming important development functions.

The design proposes to six urban design strategies include “add green space, weave the ecological network”, “shape the cluster and build the gate, highlight the urban gateway”, “implantation of functions, create a cultural business card”,“Enjoy the Cloud Chain, Create a Vibrant Smart City”, “Walk through the City, Shape a Vibrant Golden Ring”, and “Depict the Interface, Pre-control the Urban Landscape”. It builds a planning structure of one chain, one center, two axes and four districts, and relies on the TOD high rail hub to create a high-quality and high-capacity urban comprehensive service center integrating high-end services, science and technology creation industry, film and television culture and tourism, and healthy community.
