Yongtong New City is located in the valley of Fengguan Mountain and connected to the remaining veins of Mingyue Mountain, about 15 kilometers away from Qijiang City and 10 kilometers away from Wansheng City, which is the “South Gate” of Chongqing main city metropolitan area facing Guizhou and even ASEAN. The call for urban design is divided into two parts: the overall urban design and the key lot design, of which the overall urban design covers an area of about 22.7 square kilometers and the key lot urban design covers an area of about 4.6 square kilometers.

The program is based on a beautiful business card, three design concepts, eight spatial strategies and a blueprint for action, and builds a spatial structure of “3 verticals, 6 horizontals, 1 district, 2 centers and 6 slices”, realizing the development goal of creating a “new city of landscape and idyllic countryside”, and depicting the beautiful picture of “Yongtong Mountain Dwelling in the New Era”.
