The project is located on the north side of Jiangjin District's Riverside New City, south of Shuangfu New District, east of Xipeng Town in Jiulongpo District, and Railway Line 5 passes through the city's main road in the center of the base. The total planning scope is about 216 hectares. The planning combines the characteristics of the area's topography and spatial form to promote the integration of the plaza in front of the high-speed railway station and the surrounding building groups, forming an integrated open space and creating a gateway to Jiangjin; the planning of a high-quality residential area focuses on shaping the ecological structure and introducing the ecosystem into the residential area, creating an ecological residential and dynamic community.
