The project is located in Banan District, starting from Masaanxi Yangtze River Bridge in the north to Longzhouwan Street in the south, and contains four plots, including Huatao Interchange Area, Chenjiawan Area, Lotus Area and Heavy Industry Community, with a total planning area of about 78.1 hectares. The overall positioning of the planning area is modern commercial service and leisure area, traditional residential area and modern residential area. The project aims to comprehensively utilize the Babin Road Wetland Park, riverfront resources, and excellent water harbor resources to create a high-quality urban landscape of the riverfront area of Banan District.
