Shengshan Area integrates five characteristic elements, such as the green boundary of green mountains, the link between lakes and mountains, the window of landscape, the trail around the mountains, and the source of memory. Continuing the traditional architectural style of Hanfeng Town, it emphasizes low intensity, low density, ecological priority and humanistic priority. It creates functional groups focusing on tourism, vacation, leisure and consumption, differentiates itself from the southern urban area, controls the overall development intensity, obeys the overall strategy of the southern city and northern field, controls the maximum plot ratio below 2.3, fully protects and explores the ecological landscape resources, and creates a new Shengshan area that is low-carbon, ecological and livable.
