The project is located in Jiangjin Riverside New Town, positioned as Jiangjin's future administrative center, cultural center, financial and comprehensive business district; it is the main battlefield for Jiangjin to build “one river on both sides of the river” and “double hundred” modern big city, and it is the core city for the implementation of “one nucleus, two sub-centers, cluster development” in the central urban area of Jiangjin. It is the core urban area for the implementation of “one nucleus, two vice, cluster development” in the center of Jiangjin.

The two plazas are designed as a strip park, forming a connected sight line corridor and landscape corridor. The landscape spine is 600 meters long, with a minimum width of 70 meters and a land area of about 50,000 square meters. It strictly maintains pedestrian accessibility and full openness of the interface, providing residents with high-quality space for exercise, leisure and play, and becoming the public landscape center of the area.
