Design and planning of a ring park and a vibrant water system, two rings intertwined, constitute the ecological background of the region. Three boulevards, one horizontal and two vertical, are planned to build a green network system and iconic street space. The focus is on creating pedestrian space and public landscape, making it an iconic corridor to enter the area from all directions. Lay out three R&D and creative function parks, three-legged, forming the development form of industry-city integration. Create six settlements, decentralized around the Green Ring Park, sharing natural resources and public facilities, forming a self-supporting living circle. The three peripheral mountains are built as highland mountain parks, providing citizens with natural and ecological outdoor activities.
