This project is located in the southeast side of Yangjiaping central business circle in Jiulongpo District,is the Jiulong Peninsula and Zhigang Avenue into the gateway to the business circle, the original site for the Iron Horse Factory, factory buildings and other buildings within the factory area industrial style is prominent.

While expanding the original Yangjiaping central business district, the program extracts the historical elements of the Tiema Factory, and maintains and renews the memory of the Tiema Factory site to merge and coexist with the new building. Two open community parks embodying the industrial memory of the Tiema Factory are built within the site, one in the north and one in the south, with a balanced layout. Inside the two parks, the characteristic industrial relics of the Tiema Factory, such as chimneys, cranes, factories, machine tools, etc., will be preserved to continue the special memory of the Tiema Factory.
