The project site is located on the northern peninsula of Banan District, adjacent to Babin Road to the west, facing the river with mountains, and echoing the Dadukou ChongQing iron and steel company area and Masangxi Bridge. Plan and control the height of buildings in specific areas, release the airspace, create four "landscape windows", and form a large-scale visual corridor within the full field of view, thus achieving "blank space and breathability" of the riverside space interface; Create three green corridors that run directly to the riverside, with an average length of 500 meters and a minimum width of 30 meters, forming a belt like park for citizens to exercise and relax.

By fully integrating with the terrain along the river, a 3-6 level tiered commercial layout will be planned on the east-west side of the river, forming a layered, stereoscopic and interconnected "multidimensional riverbank". Multiple first floor commercial streets and multi-point standalone commercial clusters will be provided to avoid the monotonous form of small shops and individual clusters commonly seen on Binjiang Road. At the same time, in the middle of the north-south "multidimensional riverbank", an east-west "canyon golden street" will be extended to establish a T-shaped commercial space structure, avoiding the problems of "one floor along the river" and "lack of connectivity inside and outside". The "Golden Street" combines various formats such as boutique commercial, business office, and high-end hotels, fully gathering popularity and stimulating the vitality of the riverside.
