The project site is located on the northern peninsula of Danzishi in Nan'an District, surrounded by the Yangtze River, adjacent to Nanbin Road, Cuntan Bridge, and Huangjvetuo Bridge, and is an important riverside node. Control the height of residential buildings, with 55% of residential buildings within 24 meters and 80% within 40 meters in the area, fully releasing the spatial layout of the peninsula and extending horizontally within a 270 degree view along the river, creating a distinct riverside image that is different from the current Nanbin Road.

The southern sports park on the land will be transformed into a "rain garden", utilizing the high terrain as a rainwater collection point in the area, and combining with the six "green veins connecting the river" within the land, forming an ecological landscape of a sponge city.
