The project site is located in Danzishi, Nan'an District, Chongqing, at the south end of Chaotianmen Bridge, facing the Yangtze River to the west and overlooking Nanshan Mountain to the east, echoing the north of the Yangtze River and Yuzhong from afar. The surrounding built environment of the land is complex and the landscape pattern lacks correlation. In order to enhance the recognizability of the architectural group on the south bank of the river, the plan is to arrange a 238 meter super high-rise tower on the east side of the land, adjacent to Qunhui Park and Danzishi Interchange, which is the highest point in the area and the intersection of multiple urban viewpoints; A "Green Line Park" running east-west through the central part of the land will be established, with the planned public green space and CBD Phase one connected to the west side, and Qunhui Park and urban greenway connected to the east side. The park will be equipped with slow-moving lanes, scenic commercial areas, sports facilities, large lawns, and trees, becoming an open and vibrant place for citizens to exercise and relax.
