The project aims to build a vibrant new city central business district that not only requires high standard landmark buildings, but also creates exciting public spaces and communication platforms for the city, creating a CBD that creates parks for the city. The plan will release the central area of the land, creating a belt like park that runs through the land from north to south and seamlessly connects with the Huxi Park in the south. The super high-rise public buildings on both sides of the park will be arranged in groups, forming a significant urban landmark.
